Staff Housing. 43.12.1 The Private Party will be obliged to conclude separate Housing Rental Agreements with SANParks for the employees that currently reside in SANParks‟ housing. The housing availability and rentals are detailed in Schedule 17; however, the rental rates are subject to revision from time to time. The Private Party will be directly accountable to settle all housing rentals with SANParks within 7 (seven) days following the end of each calendar month. SANParks will not be accountable for the recovery thereof from individual employees of the Private Party.
Staff Housing. 85.1 Where an employee’s permanent work location is in a remote locality, IBA may elect to provide the employee with accommodation that is owned by the Commonwealth or IBA, subject to the employee paying a contribution of 10% of base salary towards the accommodation.
Staff Housing. 47.11.1 A model where all non-essential staff resides outside the park remains desirable. Essential staff to use staff accommodation on a shared basis when on duty.
Staff Housing. No staff housing will be provided and the operator will be required to commute into and out of the Park to present this product.
Staff Housing. The Private Party shall not be allocated any staff housing in the Phalaborwa Gate. All staff are required to seek accommodation outside the Park.
Staff Housing. 46.11.1 The operator will be allowed to build a limited number of houses i.e. two units in Olifants and Mopani camps (if space is available and after SANParks technical services has given approval).
Staff Housing. 64.1 IBA may elect to provide an employee in a remote locality with accommodation that is owned by the Commonwealth or IBA, subject to the employee paying a contribution towards the accommodation as determined by the General Manager.
Staff Housing. 45.12.1 The Private Party shall be responsible for the provision of accommodation for staff for the duration of the contract, outside of the Park.
Staff Housing. 45.13.1 No staff housing will be provided. However, the operator will be allowed to build a limited number of houses i.e. two units in one of the main camps within the Bid Package (if space is available and after SANParks technical services has given approval).
Staff Housing. 44.11.1 The Private Party shall not be allocated any staff housing in the Phabeni Gate. All staff are required to seek accommodation outside the Kruger National Park.
