Staff Development Leave. Teachers may be granted up to five (5) days with pay for the purpose of visiting other schools or attending meetings or conferences of an educational nature. Request must be submitted ten (10) days in advance on prescribed forms. Reasons for leave shall be given at the time the request is made. A follow-up report shall be filed after the leave is completed stating benefits gained.
