Stadium Credit. (a) For each League-approved stadium project beginning on or after the effective date of this Agreement, there shall be a credit of fifty percent (50%) of the private cost (whether incurred by a Club, Club Affiliate, or the League) to construct or renovate the stadium, or seventy-five percent (75%) of such cost for stadium construc­ tion or renovation in California, which cost shall include financing costs, amortized over a maximum of 15 years using an agreed-upon rate based on the NFL's long-term bor- rowing cost to fund or support stadium construction, beginning in the League Year before such new stadium opens. The aggregate credit for all such approved projects for each League Year shall be part of the "Stadium Credit." For purposes of this Subsection, the private cost shall not include any revenues that are excluded from AR related to the project pursuant to Section 1 (a) (vi) (1), l (a) (vii) (l) or l (a) (vili)(l) above.

Stadium Credit. (i) A Stadium Credit of 1.8% of TR is already reflected in the amounts defining and percentages prescribing the Salary Cap in Section 4(a) above (i.e., $102 million in the 2006 League Year, $109 million in the 2007 League Year, 57.5% of TR in the 2008 and 2009 League Years, and 58% of TR in the 2010 and 2011 League Years). If a Stadium Credit greater than 1.8% of TR in a League Year results from the sum of (a) Project Cred- its in respect of new G-3 stadium projects and amounts approved by the NFLPA after the 2005 League Year, (b) combined Project Credits in respect of previously approved G-3 stadium projects, (c) any banked credits that may be applied in that League Year as provided below, and (d) the Security Credit, then the excess over 1.8% of TR, up to a maximum of an addition- al one-half of one percent (0.5%) of TR (i.e., up to a maximum of 2.3% of TR), will be deducted from the calculation of the Salary Cap.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Provisioning of Line Sharing and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide ONS with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • Temporary Credit for Unamortized Specified Road Construction Cost When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the Contracting Officer shall credit the unamortized cost of Specified Roads to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account, upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of Contracting Officer. The amount credited to Purchaser shall be limited to stumpage paid above Base Rates. Any Specified Road construction cost credited to Purchaser pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owing the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of credit that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as amended. Upon written notice from Contracting Officer that the basis for the delay or interruption no longer exists, Purchaser shall pay for timber a per unit amount, in addition to Current Contract Rates, that is equal to the amount credited to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account divided by 80 percent of the estimated remaining volume of the contract, until the full amount credited to Purchaser has been returned.
