Sprint Equipment. A. To enable the Services to be installed, provided, and maintained, Customer will grant the persons appointed by Sprint access to any Sprint-provided equipment located in an environment controlled by Customer. Sprint will observe Customer’s reasonable security procedures and provide Customer with reasonable notice of the required access.
Sprint Equipment. Customer will be responsible for all Sprint property located on Customer’s premise in conjunction with the Services. 14.3. IP Addresses. Customer will have a valid InterNIC IP address on the WAN interface of each device managed by Sprint. Sprint will use customer-provided IP addresses if the addresses belong to Customer and are registered with the InterNIC. For Frame Relay and ATM networks, if Customer does not have a valid IP address, Sprint will assign IP addresses to Customer. For IP networks, if Customer does not have valid IP addresses, Customer may request valid addresses from the InterNIC or may submit a request to SprintLink for valid IP addresses.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises.

  • Test equipment For the tests an inertia dynamometer shall be equipped with the vehicle brake in question. The dynamometer shall be instrumented for continuous recording of rotational speed, brake torque, pressure in the brake line, number of rotations after brake application, braking time and brake rotor temperature.

  • Computer Equipment SSAS shall provide a complete computer set-up, including the required keyboard and keypad, as specified by the School Board. The School Board shall maintain all student status and account information.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Office Equipment The Employer will attempt to supply reasonable and adequate office equipment (to include work stations) and will consult with the COPE employees prior to purchasing and introducing new or upgraded equipment for the office. It shall be the Employer's responsibility to ensure that all office equipment meets all WCB and Federal Government safety standards. Upon employee request, on an annual basis all equipment shall be tested to ensure it meets the safety standard (to include VDT equipment for radiation emissions and screen clarity). The Employer shall provide instruction in the safe and proper usage of all office equipment The Employer shall ensure that employees operating VDTs continuously shall have a ten (10) minute change of duty in each hour of continuous operation.

  • Leased Equipment Schedule 3.16(h) hereto contains a list of all leases or other agreements, whether written or oral, under which the Corporation is lessee of or holds or operates any items of machinery, equipment, motor vehicles, furniture and fixtures or other property (other than real property) owned by any third party (collectively, the "LEASED EQUIPMENT").

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.
