Spring Program i. The spring soccer season will commence when City determines Parks fields are ready for play. ii. User shall submit spring program field reservations to the City by February 1 for the ensuing spring in order to receive priority scheduling of fields. By April 1, User will notify the City and release reservations that are no longer needed.
