Common use of Spousal Information Clause in Contracts

Spousal Information. The Borrower certifies to the Lender that all information that the Borrower has given the Lender about the Borrower’s marital status and the Hypothecated Property when applying for the Loan are true and accurate under the laws regarding spousal property rights in the Province of Québec. If any change in such status of the qualification of the Hypothecated Property as spousal property under these laws should change, the Borrower agrees to inform the Xxxxxx immediately of such changes in writing.
