Spousal Consents. Parent shall have obtained from each of the spouses of the Stockholders, respectively, the executed consent, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT 7.02(j), in respect of the consummation of the Merger and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Spousal Consents. Pursuant to Louisiana community property law, Buyer shall have received executed written consents to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein from the respective spouses of the Shareholders.

By executing this Agreement, each of the Shareholders that is an individual represents and warrants that he or she has secured the permission and consent of his or her respective spouse to enter into this Agreement and fully perform his or her respective obligations hereunder. Each Party whose spouse is not a Party to this Agreement shall obtain the signature of his or her spouse on the spousal consent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Spousal Consents. Each Stockholder who is a natural person covenants and agrees that he or she will deliver, upon the execution of this Agreement, a Spousal Consent to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto, duly executed by his or her spouse.
Spousal Consents. Spousal Consents executed by each Shareholder’s spouse are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit B. Each Shareholder who is not married as of the Effective Date hereby covenants that, if such Shareholder gets married while such Shareholder owns Common Stock of the Company, such Shareholder will deliver to the Company a Spousal Consent executed by such Shareholder’s spouse within thirty (30) days of such marriage.
Spousal Consents. The Company shall within three (3) months of the Closing deliver to the Investor the duly executed consents of the spouses of each shareholder of Shenzhen Xunlei (as applicable) in form and substance satisfactory to the Investor.
Spousal Consents. Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, each Contributor that is a married individual shall deliver a Spousal Consent executed by such individual’s spouse and in the form of Exhibit ”I” attached hereto.
