Common use of Spousal Consent Clause in Contracts

Spousal Consent. If any individual Stockholder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Stockholders’ spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent of Spouse in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Stockholder’s Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Parties. If any individual Stockholder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Stockholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Spousal Consent. If any individual Stockholder is married on the date of this Agreement, if requested by the Company, such Stockholders’ Stockholder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form attached hereto as of Exhibit B hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Stockholder’s Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Partiesparties. If any individual Stockholder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, if requested by the Company, such Stockholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

If any individual Stockholder Individual Founder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Stockholders’ Individual Founder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company each other Founder a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form attached hereto as of Exhibit B hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such StockholderIndividual Founder’s Shares Common Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Parties. If any individual Stockholder Individual Founder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Stockholder Individual Founder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

If any individual Stockholder Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Stockholder Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or her such Holder's new spouse’s 's acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Spousal Consent. If any individual Stockholder Key Holder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Stockholders’ Key Holder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company Parent a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form attached hereto as of Exhibit B hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such StockholderKey Holder’s Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Parties. If any individual Stockholder Key Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Stockholder Key Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Spousal Consent. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such StockholderIndividual Founder’s Shares Common Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Partiesparties. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Key Stockholder’s Shares shares of capital stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Partiesparties. If any individual Key Stockholder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Stockholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such StockholderCommon Holder’s Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Partiesparties. If any individual Stockholder Common Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Stockholder Common Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Spousal Consent. If any individual Stockholder Shareholder who is a natural person is married on the date of this Agreement, such Stockholders’ Shareholder shall cause the Shareholder’s spouse shall to execute and deliver to the Company NASB a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form attached hereto as of Exhibit B hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on within 5 business days of the date hereofof this Agreement. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such StockholderShareholder’s Shares shares of capital stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Partiesparties. If prior to the Termination Date any individual Stockholder should marry marries or remarry remarries subsequent to the date of this Agreement, and such Stockholder then resides in a community property state, then such Stockholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Spousal Consent. If any individual Stockholder Shareholder is married on the date of such Shareholder becomes a party, or subject, to this Agreement, such Stockholders’ Shareholder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form attached hereto as of Exhibit B hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereofhereof or thereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such Consent of Spouse consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such StockholderShareholder’s Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the Partiesparties. If any individual Stockholder Shareholder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of such Shareholder becomes a party, or subject, to this Agreement, such Stockholder Shareholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his or his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions an and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.
