SPOC. Applicant shall designate a SPOC, and make available during the Testing Process its SPOC and other Applicant personnel as necessary to effectively complete the Testing, as well as for review of the Test Report and any other elements contained in any other testing methods used in the eHealth Exchange Participant Testing Program and to answer questions and attend meetings as required by The Sequoia Project. Applicant will notify The Sequoia Project promptly in the event of a change in the SPOC for Applicant’s HIE Technology.
SPOC. If so specified in an Order Form, Customer shall make available to Provider a reliable single point of contact to provide feedback and up-to-date information on Customer’s business, as may be required by Provider for providing the Licensed Products and Services and to ensure effective communication in support of a successful collaboration.

The seller shall produce product in accordance Sections 1.0, 2.0 of the Honeywell SPOC Manual, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Latest Revision – SPOC’s 001 Manufacturer with Design Authority, 002 – Manufacturer without Design Authority, 003 –Standard and/or Catalog Hardware, 110 – Fixed Process Requirements, and 406 – Commercial Items used in Government Contracts when flowed down on a Jamaica Bearings Purchase Order. All SPOC Requirements shall be reviewed in the Seller’s Contract Review. A memo of Contract understanding shall be sent to Purchaser’s Head of Quality Management after the Contract Management Process is completed. The Purchaser may, at any time, require compliance with additional SPOC’s. During audits of the supplier by the Purchaser all applicable SPOCs will be reviewed for compliance.
