Spends definition

Spends means all purchase transaction on any website/mobile application or at any merchant Point of Sale terminal/retail outlet (excluding cash withdrawals at ATMs and banks, Void Transactions,) for making payment against purchase of any product or services by a Cardholder, during Offer period,. For this, the Bank will consider transactions done between 0 Hrs. to 24 Hrs. IST.
Spends means authorized transactions initiated by the cardholder on the card at merchants excluding any transactions that are reversed, refunded or declared void by the merchant, the bank or visa international.
Spends means a POS or an ECOM transaction and shall not include ATM withdrawals.

Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP.
