Common use of Specimen Signatures Clause in Contracts

Specimen Signatures. From time to time, Client shall provide Manager with a certificate setting forth the names and specimen signatures of the Representatives who are authorized to act on behalf of Client (including, but not limited to, the Investment Committee). From time to time, Manager will provide Client with a certificate setting forth the names and specimen signatures of the Representatives who are authorized to act on behalf of Manager. The parties hereto shall be fully protected in relying upon any written notice, instruction, direction or other communication (based upon the most recent certificate that has been received by the party) which is reasonably believed to have been executed by an individual who is authorized to act on behalf of the other party.
