Common use of Specimen Signatures Clause in Contracts

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Documents to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Documents to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party (other than the Builder, the Refund Guarantors and the Charterers) to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Finance Documents to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Finance Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party (other than the Builder, the Refund Guarantor and the Charterer) to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Finance Documents to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Finance Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party (other than the Builder, the Refund Guarantor and the Charterers) to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Finance Documents to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Finance Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Documents referred to in paragraph ( of this Schedule 3, part 1 to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking 10 Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer or such other authorised persons of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Party to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Finance Documents to which such Security Party is, or is to be, party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Finance Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) by an officer of such Security Party as being the true signatures of such persons;

Specimen Signatures. copies of the signatures of the persons who have been authorised on behalf of each Security Relevant Party to sign such of the Underlying Documents and the Security Relevant Documents to which such Security Relevant Party is, is or is to be, be party and to give notices and communications, including notices of drawing, under or in connection with the Security Relevant Documents, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this AgreementEffective Date) by an officer Officer of such Security Party party as being the true signatures signature of such persons;.
