Specified Perils. Specified perils means fire, explosion, flood, inundation of water, escape of water from any tank, apparatus or pipe (including any sprinkler system), impact of aircraft or any aerial devices or articles dropped from them, impact of any sea-going or water-going vessel or of any vehicle whatsoever or of any goods or cargo carried in or on such vessel or vehicle, destruction of, damage to or movement of buildings or structures, plant or machinery other than any computer system, data or money.
Specified Perils. All Risks If “All Risks” is indicated on the Declarations Page, you are insured against all risks of direct physical loss or damage to the property described in Coverages “A”, “B” and “C” except we do not insure loss as a result of:
Specified Perils. When reference is made in this part to specified perils, we mean aircraft; breakage of building glass; civil commotion; explosion; falling objects; fire; hail; leakage from fire extinguishing equipment; lightning; riot; sinkhole collapse; smoke; sonic boom; vandalism; vehicles; volcanic action; water damage from a system or appliance; weight of ice, snow or sleet; and windstorm, all except as excluded or limited. In applying this definition: Falling Objects does not include loss to personal property in the open or to the interior of buildings or structures or personal property inside buildings or structures unless the exterior of the roof or walls are first damaged by a falling object. Water Damage from a system or appliance means the sudden or accidental discharge or leakage of water or steam as a direct result of breaking or cracking of a part of the plumbing, heating or air conditioning system or domestic appliance containing the water or steam.
Specified Perils. When this Endorsement forms a part of the Policy, breakdown to covered equipment is understood to be included in the Definition of specified perils found elsewhere in this Policy. COVERAGE As respects coverage provided under this Policy, the following coverage is added:

  • Specified Period For this Agreement to be valid, the Couple must legally marry by , 20 (“Engagement Period”). If the Couple does not marry during the Engagement Period, then this Agreement shall become void.

  • Policy Period This policy applies only to loss which occurs during the policy period.

  • Closed Periods No Noteholder may require the transfer of a Registered Note to be registered or an Exchangeable Bearer Note to be exchanged for a Registered Note (i) during the period of 15 days ending on the due date for any payment of principal on that Note; (ii) during the period of 15 days prior to any date on which Notes may be drawn for redemption by the Issuer at its option pursuant to Condition 6(c); or

  • Restricted Period Prior to the termination of the Restricted Period with respect to the issuance of the Certificates, transfers of interests in the Temporary Regulation S Global Certificate to U.S. persons (as defined in Regulation S) shall be limited to transfers made pursuant to the provisions of clause (e) above.

  • CALAMITY DAYS 1. All employees shall be paid their appropriate rate of pay for all days or a part of a day when schools in which they are employed are closed owing to an epidemic or other public calamity such as, but not limited to, severe weather conditions (O.R.C. 3319.081(G)).

  • Claims Period For purposes of this Agreement, a “Claims Period” shall be the period during which a claim for indemnification must be asserted under this Agreement by an indemnified party, which period shall begin on the Closing Date and terminate as follows:

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Self-Insured Retention/Deductibles Certificates of Insurance must indicate the applicable deductibles/self-insured retentions for each listed policy. Deductibles or self-insured retentions above $100,000.00 are subject to approval from OGS. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all claim expenses and loss payments within the deductibles or self-insured retentions. If the Contractor is providing the required insurance through self-insurance, evidence of the financial capacity to support the self-insurance program along with a description of that program, including, but not limited to, information regarding the use of a third-party administrator shall be provided upon request.

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.
