Specifications and Standards. The Power Station shall be constructed in conformity with the Specifications and Standards specified in Annex-I of Schedule-C. 3 Station Heat Rate The Station Heat Rate of the Power station shall be [2,350 (two thousand three hundred and fifty)]£ kCal per kWh at 100% (hundred per cent) maximum continuous rating (MCR) or such lower Station Heat Rate as may be specified in the Capacity Certificate.
