SPECIFIC TERMS APPLICABLE TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. The following additional Terms and Conditions are applicable only to Professional Services purchased by Customer from Company. To the extent of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Section 8, with respect to Professional Services only, the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Section 8 shall control.
