SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY. Owner hereby appoints Broker and Broker’s authorized representatives as Owner’s attorney in fact for the purpose of carrying out Broker’s duties under the terms of this contract. Broker and authorized representatives shall have the full power and authority to enter into leases consistent with the terms stated herein.
SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY. In the event it is necessary to amend the terms of this Lease, or the terms of any Schedule to reflect a change in one or more of the following conditions: 7.1. Lessor's actual cost of procuring the Equipment; or 7.2. Lessor's actual cost of providing Equipment to Lessee; or 7.3. A change in the Lease payments as a result of (1) and/or (2) above; or 7.4. Description of the leased Equipment Lessee agrees that any such amendment shall be described in a letter from Lessor to Lessee. Lessee shall respond to such amendment request within ten (10) business days with its acceptance or rejection of the proposed amendment. Should Lessee fail to respond, this Lease and any affected Schedules shall be deemed amended and such amendments shall be incorporated herein/therein as if originally set forth herein/therein.
SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY. Client specifically grants BCGU the right to request and receive materials of any nature from a holder of those materials to the extent that the requested materials contain information related to the Client's shareholders. SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY. Landlord/Owner(s), hereinafter Owner(s), hereby grants Broker or Broker’s Agent(s) of Mid Florida Property Management and Leasing, LLC who hold a current, valid real estate Sales persons or Brokers license, hereinafter Agent(s), the specific power of attorney to sign lease(s) and/or renewals (unless specifically not authorized by Owner(s) in writing by certified mail at least 60 days prior to any renewal period) on the managed rental property on behalf of Owner(s) and thus bind Owner(s) to the terms of the lease agreement(s). Owner(s) agree that they alone own the managed property and that there are no other undisclosed owners of the property. Agent(s) are given the exclusive right to screen and approve or disapprove prospective tenant(s), to deliver, on Owner(s) behalf, any default notices to Tenant(s) as may be necessary. Owner(s) warrant that the unit to be managed is a legal rental unit and rental of same will not be in violation of any rules, laws, or ordinances. Lessee grants to Lessor a specific power of attorney for Lessor to use solely as follows: (1) Lessor may sign and file on Lessee’s behalf any document Lessor reasonably deems necessary to perfect or protect Lessor’s interest in the Equipment or pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code; and (2) Lessor may sign, endorse or negotiate for Lessor’s benefit any instrument representing proceeds from any policy of insurance covering the Equipment.
