Specific Charges. In addition to the standard charges payable under clause 11 when the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ requests the delivery of Stored Water the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay such additional release charges as may be payable by the Company under a Storage Agreement in proportion to the Stored Water delivered to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a proportion of the total Stored Water so released for delivery to all water users.
