Specialized Shipments Sample Clauses

The Specialized Shipments clause defines the terms and conditions that apply to the transportation of goods requiring unique handling, equipment, or regulatory compliance. This clause typically covers items such as hazardous materials, oversized cargo, or temperature-sensitive products, specifying the responsibilities of both the shipper and carrier regarding packaging, documentation, and adherence to relevant laws. Its core function is to ensure that specialized shipments are managed safely and in accordance with legal and contractual requirements, thereby reducing the risk of damage, delays, or regulatory violations.
