Common use of Special Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Special Reporting Requirements. County shall prepare and electronically submit through secure e-mail as described in the Security and Privacy Agreement, to xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xx, written quarterly reports on the delivery of MHS 09 Services no later than 45 calendar days from the end of each subject quarter for which financial assistance is awarded through this Agreement.
