Common use of Special Payment Clause in Contracts

Special Payment. If (a) you submit a Claim Notice on your own behalf (and not on behalf of any other party) in accordance with subsection (GG), captioned " Notice and Cure" (including the timing requirements thereof); (b) we refuse to provide you with the relief you request; and (c) an arbitrator subsequently determines that you were entitled to such relief (or greater relief), the arbitrator shall award you at least $7,500 in addition to the attorney, witness and expert fees and costs to which you are entitled.
