Special Overtime Considerations. Any employee who is required to work outside of their regular shift or schedule shall receive overtime for all such hours and be guaranteed at least two (2) hours pay at the rate of one and one-half (1½) their regular rate of pay regardless of the amount of time needed. The two-hour minimum shall not apply, however, to employees who are called in to begin work prior to the start of their shift and work continuously into their shift; or required to stay on at the end of their shift; provided the employee is permitted to work their regular scheduled shift for that day.
