Special Obligor. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and its Affiliates so long as (a) not more than 10% of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables owing from them remain unpaid for more than 60 days from the original due date therefor, and (b) Wal-Mart Stores Inc. maintains short term unsecured debt ratings of at least both “A-1” from S&P and “P-1” from Xxxxx’x.

Special Obligor. Any Obligor, together with its Affiliates that may from time to time be identified as a “Special Obligor” in a written notice from the Agent to the Loan Parties; provided, however, that the designation of any Obligor as a Special Obligor is within the sole discretion of the Agent.
Special Obligor. The parties hereto agree and acknowledge that that as of the date hereof no Obligor is designated as a Special Obligor.

  • Financial Obligation While this contract is in effect, the student is required to meet the financial obligations of this contract. Housing fees are charged through the Account Services Office. Students must pay their accounts per the policies of that office.

  • FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS There will be no transfer of funds between the Parties under this Agreement and each Party will fund its own participation.   • Liabilities of the Master Servicer The Master Servicer shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by it herein.
