SPECIAL LICENSES. If necessary Soft Gold Ltd is entitled to grant you a special license which conditions are preliminarily discussed by the parties and don’t contradict conditions of standard license.
SPECIAL LICENSES. The implementation of the Class A and B license requirements for City Employees in the classification system as of April 1, 1992, will not result in job discrimination; i.e., loss of promotional or transfer opportunities, etc., or adverse action if the incumbent is unable to maintain a Class A or B license. All costs including physical examinations, tests, and fees associated with maintaining the Class A or B license will be paid by the City.
SPECIAL LICENSES. Embedding the Fonts into software or hardware products that can be used to edit and output text requires an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) license. This includes (but is not limited to) user interfaces for electronic appliances, operating systems, web applications and stand- alone desktop and mobile applications. Contact the Foundry for details. Producing and distributing alphabet products, such as (but not limited to) house numbers, rub- on letters, adhesive alphabet letters, toy blocks or any kind of products where the Fonts are the primary design element requires a custom license. Contact the Foundry for details.
SPECIAL LICENSES. If Millennium Dynamics, Inc. provides any program to the Customer which is not listed on the Software Schedule, then (a) such program shall be deemed Confidential Information and (b) the Customer shall have no right to use, copy or disclose such program unless the Customer is granted such rights pursuant to some other license or sublicense agreement between the Customer and Millennium Dynamics, Inc. or a third party specified by Millennium Dynamics, Inc. (a "Special License"). If Millennium Dynamics, Inc. provides any such software to the Customer pursuant to a Special License, then the Customer shall be bound by the terms and conditions of such Special License.
SPECIAL LICENSES. The Employer agrees to reimburse maintenance personnel, custodians and cafeteria workers covered hereunder for the cost of any special license required as a condition of employment for such personnel.
SPECIAL LICENSES. 4.1 Multi-User Licenses (Floating Licenses)
SPECIAL LICENSES. The City agrees to reimburse the cost of licenses that employees are required to have in order to perform all the duties of their job classification with the exception of individual licenses or certificates needed for initial employment and/or individual, professional or association dues. The only exception is the Employee shall be responsible for payment of any costs associated with the CDL road test.
SPECIAL LICENSES. If specialized licenses for operation of Fire Department vehicles are required, the City agrees to provide training to meet the standards and agrees to reimburse Members for the fees required to obtain and maintain the specialized licenses. Members shall be required to obtain and maintain the licenses in compliance with the standards.
SPECIAL LICENSES. The Borough agrees to reimburse the employee for the initial application fee and/or renewal of any special license that an employee is required by law to have in the performance of the duties and responsibilities covered by his job classification and shall reimburse for the differential between the fee for a standard New Jersey driver's license and any special driver's license that an employee is required to have in the performance of the duties and responsibilities covered by the employee's job.
SPECIAL LICENSES. The Township agrees to pay the fee for the granting or renewal of any special licenses (other than driver’s license) which an Employee is required by law to have in the performance of the duties and responsibilities covered by his job classification.
