Common use of Special Leave Clause in Contracts

Special Leave. 19.02 For the purpose of this article, immediate family is defined as an employee's father, mother, step-parent, brother, sister, spouse, common-law spouse, child, step-child, xxxxxx child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and any relative permanently residing in the employee's household or with whom the employee presently resides.

Special Leave. 19.02 For the purpose of this article, immediate family is defined as an employee's father, mother, step-parent, brother, sister, spouse, common-law spouse, child, step-child, xxxxxx child, father-father- in-law, mother-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and any relative permanently residing in the employee's household or with whom the employee presently resides.
