Special Instructional Experience Clause Samples
The Special Instructional Experience clause defines the terms under which a party may provide or participate in unique educational activities outside the standard curriculum. This may include internships, workshops, fieldwork, or other hands-on learning opportunities that supplement traditional classroom instruction. By outlining the expectations, responsibilities, and any necessary approvals for these experiences, the clause ensures that both parties understand the scope and requirements, thereby facilitating enriched learning while managing risks and clarifying obligations.
Special Instructional Experience. One year of salary credit shall be granted for each year 33 of related experience in public or private agencies servicing children and families, not to include 34 private or charter schools. Experience must be comparable to the position for which the employee 35 is hired and must be creditable. Experience shall be granted as follows:
