Payment Details You will make all Payments due under this Master Agreement by 12:00 P.M., Connecticut time, on the day they are due. You will make all Payments in US Dollars (US$) in immediately available funds. We do not have to make or give "presentment, demand, protest or notice" to get paid. You waive "presentment, demand, protest and notice."
Legal Details All legal details and proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and counsel for the Agent, and the Agent shall have received all such other counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents and proceedings in connection with such transactions, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and said counsel, as the Agent or said counsel may reasonably request.

Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects. The provisions must be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto.
Contact details (a) Except as provided below, the contact details of each Party for all communications in connection with the Finance Documents are those notified by that Party for this purpose to the Facility Agent on or before the date it becomes a Party.
Primary Mortgage Insurance Considerations Where applicable, the Servicer shall satisfy all requirements under the applicable Primary Mortgage Insurance policy regarding the relief granted with respect to a delinquent Mortgage Loan.
Invoice Detail Contractor’s invoice must be on Contractor’s stationary with Contractor’s name, address, and remittance address if different. Contractor’s invoice must have a date, an invoice number, a purchase order number, a description of the goods or services provided, and an amount due.
Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.
Insurance Matters The Loan Trustee shall have received an insurance report of an independent insurance broker and the related certificates of insurance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Loan Trustee, as to the compliance with the terms of Section 7.06 of the Indenture relating to insurance with respect to the Aircraft.
