Common use of Special Coverages Clause in Contracts

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant or Contractor shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord Landlord, which shall in no event be less than the amount actually carried by Tenant or Contractor, covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Article 10 of this Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the this Lease.

Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by LandlordLandlord including, but not limited to, the requirement that all of Tenant's Construction Agents shall carry excess liability and Products and Completed Operation Coverage insurance, each in amounts not less than $3,000,000 combined single limit, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in under the other provisions of the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall cause the Contractor to carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance insurance, excluding Earthquake and Flood, in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, Leasehold Improvements and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall require its general contractor to carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it . It being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering equal to the construction full replacement cost of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it improvements being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured constructed by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereofXxxxxx. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and shall be in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Tenant shall carry or cause its Contractor to carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Tenant shall carry “Builder’s 's All Risk” Risk insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant ImprovementsTenant's Work, and such other insurance as reasonably required by Landlord may requireor Landlord's lender, if any, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements Tenant's Work shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.be

Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering equal to the construction full replacement cost of the Tenant Improvementsimprovements being constructed by Tenant, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Tenant or Contractor shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant ImprovementsSuites A, B and C-1 Alterations, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements Suites A, B and C-1 Alterations shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and shall be in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering equal to the construction full replacement cost of the Tenant Improvementsimprovements being constructed by Tenant, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant or Contractor shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” insurance " insurance, in an amount approved by Landlord not more than the amount of the Contract, covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Article 10 of this Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are generally required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Leaselandlords of Comparable Buildings.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Tenant (or the Contractor) shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount reasonably approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood . Tenant shall also require the Architect and agreed that the Engineers to agree in their contract with Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereofcarry professional liability insurance or errors and omissions insurance (as applicable). Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, including without limitation course of construction insurance on the Tenant Improvements, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to during the Lease immediately upon completion thereofconstruction period and throughout the term of the Lease. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction full replacement cost of all work in connection with the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant or Contractor shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance insurance, in an amount approved by Landlord not more than the amount of the Contract, covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Article 10 of this Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are generally required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Leaselandlords of Comparable Buildings.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the this Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts not less than $5,000,000 per incident, $5,000,000 in aggregate and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the this Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s 's All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.. Special Coverages. Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the this Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the this Lease.. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the cost of construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by LandlordLandlord including, but not limited to, the requirement that all of Tenant’s Construction Agents shall carry excess liability and Products and Completed Operation Coverage insurance, each in amounts not less than $3,000,000 combined single limit, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in under the other provisions of the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved as required by Landlord covering under the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may requireOriginal Work Letter, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the this Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, in such amounts and in form and with such companies as are were required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in Landlord under the LeaseOriginal Work Letter.

Tenant shall cause the Contractor to carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Renovation Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Renovation Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant ImprovementsImprovements for the applicable Construction Premises, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements for such applicable Construction Premises shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering equal to the construction full replacement cost of the Tenant Improvementsimprovements being constructed by Tenant, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include -8- 6340/6310/6290 SEQUENCE DRIVE[Expansion and Extension Amendment][DexCom, Inc.] such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant or Contractor shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord not more than the amount of the Contract covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Section 4.5 of this Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as provided that the same are generally required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in landlords of the LeaseComparable Building.

Special Coverages. Tenant or the Contractor shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount reasonably approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant ImprovementsImprovements for the applicable Construction Premises, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements for such applicable Construction Premises shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended EXHIBIT D coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “"Builder’s 's All Risk” " insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering equal to the construction full replacement cost of the improvements being constructed by Tenant Improvementsfor the Sprinkler Renovation Work, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require; provided, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant however, to the Lease immediately upon completion thereofextent such other insurance is not available on a commercially reasonable basis, then Tenant shall not be required to carry such insurance. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant (or the Contractor, on Tenant’s behalf) shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

Special Coverages. Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to during the Lease immediately upon completion thereofconstruction period and throughout the term of the Lease, as amended by the Fourth Amendment. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required . Such insurance shall be subject to be carried reimbursement by Tenant as set forth in Landlord from the LeaseImprovement Allowance.

Special Coverages. Tenant or Contractor shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord Landlord, which shall in no event be less than the amount actually carried by Tenant or Contractor, covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to Article 10 of the Original Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.
