Special Constables. 29.01 A Special Constable hired by the Board under the authority of Section 53 of the Police Services Act, as amended, to perform duties authorized by that section, shall be a member of the Association, governed by the terms and conditions of this Civilian Collective Agreement. Their duties shall be as per the position description in place and noted on their Appointment Documents and Oaths of Office.
Special Constables. Except for specific provisions and/or exceptions covering Special Constables as set out in Part II of this Agreement, all of the terms and conditions outlined in Part I of this Agreement shall apply to all Members.
