Special Conditions Regarding Personally Identifiable Information. 511 CONTRA COSTA will have access to personally identifiable information (“PII”) in connection with the performance of the Agreement. PII is any information that is collected or maintained by MTC or 511 CONTRA COSTA that identifies or describes a person or can be directly linked to a specific individual, including that individual’s account. Examples of PII include name, address, zip code, email address, phone or fax number, signature, or travel pattern data.
