Common use of Special Charges Clause in Contracts

Special Charges. If permitted by applicable law, Agent may collect from tenants any or all of the following: an administrative charge for late payment of rent, a charge for returned or non-negotiable checks, a credit report fee, an administrative charge and/or broker’s commission for subleasing. Agent need not account to Owner for such charges and/or commission.

Special Charges. If permitted by applicable law, the Agent may collect from the tenants any or all and retain 100% of the following: an administrative charge for late payment of rent, a charge for returned or non-non- negotiable checks, a credit report fee, an administrative charge and/or broker’s commission for subleasing.
