Special Assignment. Those employees regularly assigned less than a full twelve (12) month period shall be afforded the first opportunity for seasonal employment, or special assignments, and shall be compensated at the grade, step and level for the job classification to which they are assigned. No other assignment in the District will be taken at the same time as the seasonal or special assignment.
