Common use of Space at Site Clause in Contracts

Space at Site. The Contractor shall be allowed reasonable space at the site of the Work as available and access thereto and shall confine his operations to the space assigned. The Work shall be done without interference with the ordinary use of streets, berthing places, fairways, and passages. The Contractor shall cooperate with other Contractors of the County and shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of Work by any other Contractor or employees of the County whether at the site or not.
