rating system to the DeFi system for the first time. This will increase the utilization rate of funds and rise the leverage ratio of participants in the DeFi system to increase their productivity. Previous DeFi loans required over-collateralization, and the liquidation system would be triggered to ensure the repayment of debts after the assets fell. After the introduction of the credit rating system, users can achieve the same amount of loans without over-collateral, and they can also achieve balance loans through the guarantee by others. Different from other DeFi, users need to specify the duration of the loan and repay on time, otherwise it will affect the their credit in the FP system. Due to the balance loans in the FP system, financial stability is very demanding. If a large amount of debt defaults happen, it will cause great harm to the system. DeFi has formulated a sufficiently fair credit rating method by which users need to perform strict KYC, and the proportion of balance loans is related to the degree of their KYC. There are credit nodes in the FT system, and they need to review the user's KYC and determine their credit limit. In addition, the FP system also introduces on-chain indicators to support the evaluation. If an address has a large balance, and has participated in other DeFi lending projects without debt, it will be evaluated as good credit in the FP system, which can prove that the address has the ability and intention to repay, so its credit index can be improved during evaluation. In order to maintain the stability of the system, FP will also issue FPT (FP Token) to assist in completing the economic incentives and penalties of the agreement. The role of FPT includes, but is not limited to, mortgage of credit nodes, voting for governance, rewards for system participants, etc. At the same time, the income of the FP system will also be reflected to FPT holders, so that early participants can enjoy the benefits of system growth. FP pioneered the concept of credit rating system in the DeFi agreement, and its rating system can refer to traditional financial rating methods. FP borrowers can be divided into individual borrowers and institutional borrowers, whose KYC materials and credit limits are different. Before using FP to make a balance loan, users must register a KYC account in the system. The required information includes the user's residential address, income certificate or corporate information, business conditions and other proof documents. The process of credit rating consists of two parts - the on-chain part and the off-chain part, and these two are carried out at the same time. The on-chain part is automatically evaluated by the system, while the off-chain part needs to be carried out manually. The review of the on-chain part includes the balance of the user's address, usage situation in DeFi, and repayment records. If the user frequently participates in other lending platforms and has a good repayment record, or the address participates in the pledge of liquidity mining, the credit limit will be increased according to the situation. The KYC information of the user account belongs to the off-chain part and needs to be reviewed by a dedicated credit node. In order to ensure the binding relationship between the credit node and the system, a certain amount of FPT needs to be mortgaged to become a credit node. Moreover, credit nodes need a stricter review and recommendation system, so that they are also subject to the dual constraints of on-chain mortgage guarantees and off-chain credit guarantees. When conducting a comprehensive credit review on a user, a certain number of credit nodes are required to work together. The credit rating is dynamically adjusted because credit nodes will review it every time a loan occurs. If the user's authentication status changes, it will be reviewed again. The user's credit limit is hierarchical, and not every KYC user can get the same convenience of balance lending or the same credit limit. Generally speaking, users' off-chain information review accounts for a larger proportion of credit ratings, because the constraints of on-chain reviews are easy to fake and have no binding force. In addition to obtaining credit loans, users can also apply for secured loans through credit nodes, so that they can participate in lending with very low or zero mortgages. In this case, when the user is overdue and needs to settle and repay the debt, the guarantor’s funds will be liquidated. If the borrower repays the arrears and interest on schedule, the guarantor will get the highest reward. After the completion of KYC and reviewed by credit nodes , users will be divided into different levels and obtain different credit loan lines. Users need to add their address into the account system, and then system will issue an NFT to represent the authentication status of the address. This NFT cannot be transferred, and the system will send an NFT update again when there is a change. If the user deletes this address in the account, the system will also ▇▇▇▇ it. When the user's information needs to be changed, a new NFT will be issued, and the system will eventually detect the new NFT to determine the level of the address.
06b14244e57acb3cff6a0e310787ebad
[25, 47]},
[56, 73]},
[182, 195
2.1 Briefly describe the technical architecture of your proposed Solution, including a diagram to demonstrate each aspect in simple terms.
