Common use of Solicitation Rights Clause in Contracts

Solicitation Rights. You agree that the Company will have at all times, both during and after the termination of this Agreement, the right to communicate in any fashion with all persons insured pursuant to any insurance product issued or sold in connection with this Agreement. Such communication may be for any purpose, including but not limited to: advertising the Company’s products, responding to regulatory or other inquiries, conservation of business, servicing of insurance products and adjusting claims.
