Solectrons Obligations. Solectron will provide service described in section 3 of this Agreement according to following schedule: Solectron will make its best efforts to assume its responsibilities within those schedule limits. Service will be fully completed when Solectron delivers to Viscorp the 30 prototypes corresponding to the service described in section 3 of this Agreement.
