Sole Business. The Servicios Company is not involved in any business or activity except for the business of supplying employees for the operation and maintenance of the Piedras Negras Plant and providing related human resources, benefits and insurance, compliance, and payroll services to the Piedras Negras Plant. The Servicios Company does not own any real property.
Sole Business. Puerto Rico is and shall be the only jurisdiction in which the Company owns real property or conducts business and the sole business conducted by the Company at any time is and shall be the development and operation of the Project as a first class destination resort.
