Common use of Sole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Sole Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and no amendment, modification, or alteration of the terms hereof shall be binding unless the same be in writing, dated subsequent to the date hereof and duly approved and executed by the Managing General Partner and such percentage of Investor Partners as provided in Section 11.09 of this Agreement.

Sole Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire understanding of agreement among the parties hereto with in respect of the transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, understandings, representations and warranties relating to the subject matter hereof and no hereof. No amendment, modificationchange in, or alteration of the terms hereof modification to this Agreement shall be binding unless the same be in writing, dated subsequent to the date hereof writing and duly approved and executed signed by the Managing General Partner and such percentage of Investor Partners as provided in Section 11.09 of this Agreementparty to be bound thereby.
