Solar Panel Purchase Contract. A. Owner hereby purchases from Developer , (265 watt DC), solar photovoltaic panels (“Owner’s Solar Panels”) at a cost of $1,000 per panel, for a total price of $ (the “Purchase Price”).
B. The Purchase Price includes a 30 year License (Section 1 in this contract) to install Owner’s Solar Panels at the West ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Solar Array on ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ in Chester, VT (the “Project”) to be developed by Developer. Subject to the terms of the attached Community Solar Array License and Operation, Maintenance, and Net Metering Agreement, Developer shall bear all costs of designing, permitting, siting and constructing the Project, which includes installing the Panels at the Project, and maintaining, operating, repairing and decommissioning the Project and administering delivery of credits to Owner.

D. The expected productivity and credit value of your Solar Panels is shown on Exhibit A.
E. Please note that the productivity of the panels you are purchasing is warranted to decline by not more than 3% in the first year and 0.6% each year thereafter and your estimated production is an average over a year and may vary year to year with actual weather. The electric rate against which your credit value is determined may increase or decrease from time to time, and the solar incentive adder is expected to expire after ten years after commissioning. The amount of kWhs, the seasonal variability of their generation and the rates GMP pays will affect the value of your net metering credits. Your address for check payment is noted below.

No other payments are required from Owner in connection with this Contract unless Owner elects to change his/her treatment of Renewable Energy Certificates as noted under Section 7.
