Solar Panel Purchase Contract. A. Owner hereby purchases from Developer , (265 watt DC), solar photovoltaic panels (“Owner’s Solar Panels”) at a cost of $1,000 per panel, for a total price of $ (the “Purchase Price”). B. The expected productivity and credit value of your Solar Panels is shown on Exhibit A. E. Please note that the productivity of the panels you are purchasing is warranted to decline by not more than 3% in the first year and 0.6% each year thereafter and your estimated production is an average over a year and may vary year to year with actual weather. The electric rate against which your credit value is determined may increase or decrease from time to time, and the solar incentive adder is expected to expire after ten years after commissioning.
