Software Development Kits. The software may include components identified as software development kits (SDKs) and device driver kits (DDKs). If other terms come with an SDK or DDK, those terms apply to your use of it.

Software Development Kits. For Products designated as a Software Development Kit (SDK), you may create, reproduce and distribute solutions, plug-ins or other derivative works solely to Authorized Users who have a valid and current license for the associated Product. Any such solutions, plug-ins or other derivative works referenced in the preceding sentence are considered “Redistributables” as defined in section 1.2.6 (Redistribution) and, except as otherwise expressly stated in this section 3.2.7, all terms and conditions in section 1 (General Terms and Conditions) pertaining to Redistributables will apply to such solutions, plug-ins or other derivative works. For SDK Products designated as “internal Use”, you must further restrict distribution solely to Authorized Users in your organization.

Related to Software Development Kits

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Technical Interfaces 3.2.6.1 The Interconnection facilities provided by each Party shall be formatted using either Alternate Xxxx Inversion (AMI) line code with Superframe format framing or Bipolar 8-Zero Substitution with Extended Superframe (B8ZS ESF) format framing or any mutually agreeable line coding and framing.
