Software-as-a-Service Terms. Care Solace grants School District a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable and royalty-free license to provide a hypertext reference link (hereinafter the "Link") to the initial, top-level display of the Branded Site solely for the purpose of linking any website owned or controlled by School District to the Branded Site.
