SOC 1 Reports. The Transfer Agent will furnish to the Trust, on a semi-annual basis, a SOC 1 (Type 2) Report in accordance with the Auditing Standard Board, Attestation Standards -AT Section 801, as well as such other reports and information relating to the Transfer Agent’s policies and procedures, as the parties may mutually agree upon.
