Smoking Area. The Employer will maintain the outside smoking area. Employees are responsible to keep the outside smoking area clean, and use the garbage receptacles provided. Employees will refrain from smoking in the entrance to the building.
Smoking Area. Lessee agrees that smoking is not permitted on the Premises except in certain areas or facilities designated by Lessor from time to time ("Smoking Area"). Lessee agrees that its use of the Premises, and the use by its employees, agents and invitees, for smoking shall be limited solely to the Smoking Area(s) designated from time to time.

Smoking Area. An outside smoking area will be provided to employees for the life of this agreement, provided it is maintained by the users in accordance with plant housekeeping standards.
Smoking Area. The Company will provide adequate space outdoors for smoking for use by the employees.
Smoking Area. Notwithstanding the rule prohibiting smoking, Tenant or Tenant’s guests may smoke outside on the grounds at distance of fifteen (15) feet or more away from any and all building walls, doors, windows, decks, and building entrance walkways. From time to time, at the discretion of the LHA Executive Director or Board of Commissioners, this no-smoking buffer zone around buildings may be increased in some or all areas or eliminated altogether to prevent smoke from drifting back into or near buildings or related common areas, for non-compliance with this buffer zone rule, for or health and safety reasons.
Smoking Area. 18.25 The Lessee acknowledges that the building has been designated a non-smoking area and that in consequence the Lessee shall not allow or permit its employee's, agents representatives of invitees to smoke upon the premises.
Smoking Area. Pursuant to NRS 202.2491, it is unlawful to smoke in public buildings. LESSOR shall furnish a designated location outdoors which may be used for smoking. No smoking shall be permitted at any entrance or exit to any public building and shall be far enough away from any public building entrance or exit so that no smoke will drift or travel into the building or be detected by any person entering or exiting a building. This location shall be safe and free from any hazardous chemicals, materials or conditions. LESSOR shall also post signs prohibiting smoking at all entrances to a building.
Smoking Area. The Employer needs more time to address and look into all ramifications and is seriously looking at an appropriate staff smoking area. The Employer will investigate the requirements of relevant institutions as health unit, Ministry of Health, accreditation, etc.
Smoking Area. Subject to Landlord’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, and compliance by Tenant will all applicable Legal Requirements, Tenant shall have the right to install an outdoor covered smoking area located near employee entrance.
