Ethereum is providing a decentralized Turing-complete virtual machine where smart contracts are executed in virtual machines running in every blockchain node. A smart contract is a piece of code that runs in every participating blockchain node (acting as miner) and defines conditions or rules that should be fulfilled in order to trigger actions. Smart contracts are used to create agreements between different entities without relying on a centralized entity or used to set conditions for getting or using data/services. The smart contract execution is triggered by a contract call which is a transaction containing the function to execute the smart contract. All participating miners receive this transaction and the execution of the smart contract occurs when the miners include this transaction in a new block together with other transactions during their validation. The winning miner propagates the new block to other nodes, which are validating the transactions included in the block (validation includes also the execution of the smart contract). It is also considered to create a chain of smart contracts, where for instance one smart con- tract can trigger another one through so called message calls. Contrary to their name these programs are neither smart nor self-executing but rather deterministic command sequences. A special feature is that a Smart Contract can autono- mously check which wallet address is invoking the provided functionality. The most native and currently most prominent use case related to Smart Contracts is tokenization - DLT-based management of digital claims. Token contracts such as the ERC-20 standard [3] have their own digital account management. The storage scheme is very simple: Balances are assigned to addresses based on a functional dictionary pattern. The functionality offered in the contract enables direct transfers between authorized participants dependent on predefined rules (e. g. sufficient balance). There is also another feature: Smart Contracts can act as virtual escrows if tokens are transferred to their address and thus are able to be processed algorithmi- cally. This feature is particularly useful for processing Delivery versus Payment, i.e. the exchange of digital claims for digital payments using Smart Con- tracts in an atomic and functional way. One prominent example is the Hashed Timelock Contract (HTLC) mechanism3. Figure 7 – 5GZORRO Webinar Simulation Other Branding Material To support 5GZORRO communication and dissemination activities, a number of other communication templates have been elaborated to establish a common project branding and image in public events. Template for project presentations In order to have a more coherent view of the 5GZORRO outcomes, a template for presentations has been elaborated, inspired to the image style of the website. Figure 8 - Presentation Template Templates for flyers, posters, webinar To ensure consistent branding and message, a set of templates have been produced as illustrated in the following figures, which follow the website graphics style. Figure 9 - Flyer Template Figure 10 - Poster Template Figure 11 - Webinar Template Project Communication Material Flyer A flyer describing 5GZORRO vision, use-cases and expected outcomes is an essential tool to provide information on the project to all the targeted audiences in a visually appealing manner. To be as illustrative as possible, the flyer will be composed of diagrams and limited text. A first edition of the flyer is targeted to be published and distributed in MWC 2020, Barcelona by the end of February 2020. Other editions or re-prints will be prepared for other event and/or workshop attended by the partners. Roll-up and Posters Designing a roll-up will also be important to assist the dissemination of the project in events, seminars, conferences and workshops, mostly by partners from academia and research centres. The 5GZORRO posters will be edited to highlight key research topics, specific solutions and/or outcomes in relation to project activities and scientific publications. A first edition of a 5GZORRO rollup is targeted to be published in Q2 2020 for use in events attended by the Consortium. Promotional Video To address more dynamic means of communication, there will be outlined and created a video describing 5GZORRO overall concept, core research areas and use cases. This video will be disseminated at events and across the digital communication channels of the project (e.g. website, social media channels etc.). A first edition of the video is targeted to be published and announced at MWC 2020, Barcelona by the end of February 2020. Press Releases & News One of the mechanisms to raise public awareness and reach the general public, industry, Telco, ICT stakeholders, opinion leaders, institutions related to 5GZORRO research is the instrument of press releases. They will be periodically issued, especially for those events where 5GZORRO activities and relevant participation is expected. News from partners’ participation in other relevant events will be published in the news section in 5GZORRO web and socials. All partners will be invited to make diffusion through their websites/socials to make impact on their local/regional media. The initial schedule for 5GZORRO press release is reported in the table below, which aims to link issues with the major important EU and international events in which the Consortium intend to participate. Stat. § 17-31-106(c), the Company’s Smart Contracts will govern the following: (a) Relations among the Token Holders and between the Token Holders and the Company; (b) Rights and duties of a person or entity in their capacity as a Token Holder; (c) Activities of the Company and the conduct of those activities; (d) Rights and voting rights of Token Holders; (e) Transferability of Tokens; (f) Withdrawal of Token Holders; (g) Procedures for amending, updating, editing or changing applicable Smart Contracts; and (h) all other aspects of the Company to effectively perform its purpose as a decentralized autonomous organization. The Company’s Smart Contracts may govern additional tasks, as approved by the Token Holders The Smart Contracts will help govern the Company, but not facilitate the entirety of conducting activities. For example, the Tokenized Community Bot is a third-party service that enables the activity of Tokenized Community Access. This process does not operate on a Smart Contract; rather, it is a third-party provider that verifies all on-chain information. In the instance of a Token Holder burning their Tokens below a threshold required for accessing a Tokenized Community Tier, the Token Holder will be automatically removed by the Tokenized Community Bot. Thus, this function is not technically governed by the Smart Contracts.
[0, 18]},
[127, 140]},
[171, 186]},
[203, 212]},
[215, 231]},
[287, 306]},
[307, 317]},
[358, 367]},
[418, 431]},
[546, 559]},
[615, 652]},
[695, 711]},
[716, 727]},
[854, 865]},
[933, 945]},
[959, 975]},
[1050, 1064
ab3bdeed14fad2701873d18a33de266f
There is a risk that any smart contract used for the distribution of the Tokens contains security gaps, errors or dysfunctionalities which may adversely affect the distribution and use of the Tokens.
[25, 39]},
[53, 68]},
[143, 159]},
[164, 184
81d882e1fa6b53464067d12a5eeea3a2
This project provides some insights into the performance and limitations of SC in ticketing scenarios;
[41, 56
84975b5ec7322cc520e7ad25ecf7feb7
ClgSUmoVc35sYXdpbnNpZGVyY29udHJhY3RzcjQLEhZDbGF1c2VTbmlwcGV0R3JvdXBfdjU2IhhzbWFydC1jb250cmFjdHMjMDAwMDAwMGEMogECZW4YACAA
[["fixed-income-markets", "Fixed Income Markets"], ["materials-and-method", "Materials and Method"], ["tamper-proof-trust-management", "Tamper-Proof Trust Management"], ["acknowledge-and-assumption-of-risks", "Acknowledge and Assumption of Risks"], ["disclosures-disclaimers", "Disclosures Disclaimers
Smart Contracts
no-attacking-or-interfering", "No Attacking or Interfering"], ["users-assume-the-risk-of-interacting-with-smart-contracts", "Users Assume the Risk of Interacting with Smart Contracts"], ["▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-makes-no-representations-or-warranties", "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Makes No Representations or Warranties"], ["marketplace-transactions-are-executed-by-smart-contracts", "Marketplace Transactions are Executed by Smart Contracts"], ["the-marketplace-smart-contracts-are-not-controlled-by-q-alpha", "The Marketplace Smart Contracts Are Not Controlled by Q Alpha
smart-contracts
customer-contracts", "Customer Contracts", "Customer Contracts"], ["project-contracts", "Project Contracts", "Project Contracts"], ["vendor-contracts", "Vendor Contracts", "Vendor Contracts"], ["the-contracts", "The Contracts", "The Contracts"], ["business-contracts", "Business Contracts", "Business Contracts
