Small-by-Design Sample Clauses

The Small-by-Design clause defines a contractual provision that intentionally limits the scale or scope of a project, service, or deliverable. In practice, this clause may set maximum thresholds for resources, users, data volume, or geographic reach, ensuring that the subject of the agreement remains within a manageable or intended size. By doing so, it helps control costs, reduce complexity, and mitigate risks associated with uncontrolled growth or expansion, thereby ensuring that both parties have clear expectations about the limits of the engagement.
