SKILLS TRANSFER Clause Samples
A Skills Transfer clause outlines the obligation for one party, typically a service provider or consultant, to impart specific knowledge, expertise, or technical skills to the other party during the course of their engagement. This may involve structured training sessions, hands-on demonstrations, or the provision of instructional materials to ensure the recipient can independently operate systems, processes, or technologies after the engagement ends. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the client or recipient organization gains lasting value and self-sufficiency from the services provided, reducing future dependency on the provider.
