Skills Development Fund. This collective agreement is linked to the Skills Development Fund for Transport and Warehouse Workers. Enterprises covered by this collective agreement pay an annual contribution of DKK 780 to the fund for each full-time worker. Skills Development Fund. 9. The Beneficiary shall ensure that (a) SDF is implemented in accordance with an operations manual acceptable to ADB and (b) annual training plans (identifying the skills demands by labor markets, the required training programs, the number of trainees required and the costs of each training program) are prepared for each year of the Project implementation in consultation with key stakeholders, including relevant ministries and agencies, employers, training providers, non-government organizations and labor organizations.   • Skills Development The Company acknowledges the changing pace of technology in the electrical contracting industry and the need for employees to understand those changes and have the necessary skill requirements to keep the Company at the forefront of the industry. The Parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to increase the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of the Company, a commitment to training and skill development is required. Accordingly, the parties commit themselves to:

  • Professional Development Fund A budget item equal to one-half (½) of one (1) percent of employees' salaries shall be set aside annually to be used to:

  • Professional Development Funds 23.1.1 Two Professional Development Funds, a Professional Development Support Fund and an Education Leave Fund, shall be established to support professional development activities as defined in 23.2. On April 1st of each year, the College will allocate an amount equal to no less than 0.9% of total faculty salary (exclusive of severance payments) to the Professional Development Support Fund, and an amount equal to no less than 0.6% of total faculty salary to the Educational Leave Fund.   • Staff Development ‌ The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the right of an employee to request specific training.
