Six Months Notice. In order to allow Authority adequate time to review a request for a special rate adjustment, to draft appropriate ordinances and to set public hearings as may be necessary, Contractor must submit its request for an adjustment of service rates, and reasonable cost and operational data, in the form and manner specified by the Director, at least six (6) months prior to the proposed effective date of any rate adjustment.
