Common use of Sitework Clause in Contracts

Sitework. Employment in terms of a contract which specifies that employment is in respect of a specific construction site for the duration of the site contract or a specific portion or clause thereof: Provided that where such an employee is immediately re- employed on a different site such employee shall not be regarded as having been employed on a limited-duration contract in respect of this clause.
