Common use of Site Visits Clause in Contracts

Site Visits. The NRC, through authorized representatives, has the right to make site visits to review project accomplishments and management control systems and to provide technical assistance as required. If any site visit is made by the NRC on the premises of the Recipient or contractor under an award, the Recipient shall provide and shall require his/her contractors to provide reasonable access to all facilities and provide necessary assistance for the safety and convenience of the Government representative in the performance of his/her official duties.

Site Visits. If any site visit is made by the NRC on the premises of the Recipient recipient or a contractor under an award, the Recipient recipient shall provide and shall require his/her contractors to provide all reasonable access to all facilities and provide necessary assistance for the safety and convenience of the Government representative representatives in the performance of his/her official their duties. All site visits and evaluations shall be performed in such a manner as will not unduly delay the work.
