Common use of SITE VENDORS Clause in Contracts

SITE VENDORS. CATERERS: The Banks has a list of approved caterers to choose from. We require you to select a caterer(s) from this list. No caterer can be used that is not on this list (without prior approval of The Banks). Each caterer on this list is familiar with The Banks venues, rules and regulations. Each caterer provides excellent food and exceptional service. Each one of these approved caterers carries The Banks required liability insurance. Each caterer offers a variety of menus, various serving accommodations and price ranges.
